 Rating:  - Overall pretty goodThis sealer works pretty well as a kitchen gadget. It does what it is supposed to do. It won't work with rechargeable batteries because of their lower voltage but works pretty well on alkaline batteries. There is a balance to be found between sealing speed and the pressure that you apply but it only takes a minute to figure out. I attempted to use the product as directed but, after 30 minutes of trying to seal a bag of chips and a few battery changes and bag changes, very little of the bag was "sealed." They do not seal at all - I tried it out on chips bags, thinnner plastic bags, nacho plastic bags, pretzel bags, even bread bags it does not work on any(even tried different battery brands). Read More Rating: - cool gadget, time consuming to useGood price, quality item, however, you have to insert the batteries every time you use this and take them out when you're not using it. There is no on/off button or switch, it's just powered by the batteries. It does heat up quickly, but I just felt as though my excitement fizzled when I put it together and used it. Rating: - Seals if done rightThis product seems very easy to use and should be, however, it is tricky to get a consistent line to seal from edge to edge.
