I thought I would buy the new edition for my new computer. It is pretty much like the old one. So far I have used it for three projects, and it has worked fine. I won't go into all of it's features and details as you can read that in the product description above. What I will say is that although it has limitations, the home movie folks (moms, dads & teens) will find that it pretty much does all you need for making DVD's of birthdays, holidays, special occasions, etc using your digital camera stills and / or camcorder movies. Lots of neat things to play with and it gave me the ability to really clean up my video when needed. Lots of special effects to use some fun and some adding to the usefulness of the project you are working on.
