After some initial problems, customer service at WORX helped me to resolve the issues I had getting the unit to work. Now that I have a working unit, I couldn't be more pleased. I have nearly 50 feet of privet some of which is old enough to be quite woody. The WG250 slashed through the project with power to spare after working for over 30 minutes. However, on a full charge it didn't last more than 15-20 minutes. It's ok for small jobs but if you have a lot of trimming you would be better off with a power cord version. Rating: - Amazing Worx cordless hedgerThis is truly a great product. The only downside is that it comes requiring some assembling of the handle and if you tighten it too much the hedger won't work. I originally thought I received a bad unit as I could not get it to turn on after connecting the handle. Thankfully, after re-assembling the handle piece I got it to start.
