 Rating:  - Buy With Caution!This product arrived all beat up and profusely wrapped in packing tape that really didn't keep it packaged. It didn't take long to open because there were plenty of holes and loose tape to pull it open. Predictably, several of the screws were missing! It did have an instruction 'sheet' which was fairly useless. One of my tires were also flat and would not go on the heavily painted axle shaft. I had to file down the shaft just to get the wheel on. After a couple trips to Ace Hardware, ... Read More Rating:  - damaged partsWe ordered two of these carts. For both of them, the directions are very poor. Some of the parts were damagsd. We had to make our own parts and bend one part back into shape. The finished cart is sturdy so I gave it 2 stars. Rating: - Missing hardware! Should have heeded other's warning.If you don't live near a hardware store to be able to buy missing nuts and bolts and if you aren't very handy, you should pass on this one. The printed instructions were blurred and therefore hard to follow. Parts aren't "True" which distorts the finished product. Too bad because with just a little extra attention to the packaging of the hardware and alignment work on the parts this could be a great wagon. Rating:  - HDC 350 lb. Rating: - Garden WagonThe wagon arrived on time and shipping was free. The box it was shipped in was busted open and some of the nuts and bolts had spilled out on the porch when it was delivered. It took about an hour and a half to put it together. One of the spacers for the handle that keeps the wagon tongue straight is missing. Otherwise it does what the ad says. I like the wagon and great for carrying gardening items. Just be prepared to be patient putting it together. |
