![]() Rating: - DOA without docI have written code in IDEs for decades. I am big on them. I disagree about the notion that it leads to 'generic looks'. I have been with Borland with Turbo Pascal to Object Pascal to what turned into Delphi. Delphi is a great product. Delphi for PHP has literally nothing to do with Delphi per se. It is a standalone product with a great IDE and an integrated debugger. All very cool, endless possibilities from what I can see. They often lead to sloppy code that lead to very generic-looking applications. But sometimes they are helpful to do quick & dirty jobs fast. The big problem with this package is a lack of documentation. The 67 page Users' Guide is so insufficient that it only explains how to use on two of the many components the package offers.
