 Rating:  - Kitchen cartThe size given is with the handle (or paper towel rack) attached. Sturdy constuction - very well made solid wood. Reason for the 4 stars is it isn't quite as easy to put together as others would lead one to think - and I've build my own house and kitchen cabinets. I had to mess a bit with the lower rods to get them in place at the same time the wine rack and lower shelf were attached to the legs. Rating:  - Excellent Value!This cart is by far the best value I've found and it is 1/2 price on amazon. Unbelievable! Easy to assemble and great instructions. Delivery was immediate. I would have had it in three days if not for a holiday. I would recommend buying this cart from amazon before purchasing from any other company. Rating: - wonderful mobile cartThis is a perfect cart for a kitchen that's not quite big enough for a built in island. It's very sturdy, rolls easily. I love the knife block & pull out bread board. Asembly was like clockwork, just make sure to put it together facing the same way, (I got the wine rack backwards)Also, the short screws are for the top four holes, all the rest use the long ones.
