However, the first problem with this software is that it comes with no manual, and I could not find any help online. However, the only part of the program that worked was the home screen. I looked on the Roxio webpage for help but there is no help for this product listed. Looking at the help database for the listed products makes me think that the majority of their software is buggy and they feel any proplems are the hardware manufacture's fault.
