I was given fax numbers that don't accept faxes. I was blatantly lied to numerous times. I called to get the customer service email address to tell them about my horrible experience and guess what? That address was a fake one as well!!! Rating:  - Not that great. Spend the extra $10 for the V-MODASound quality: 4. Better than what they'd give you on an airline, not as good as the V-MODA Bass Freq Earbuds. Under powered bass. Isolation: 6. Rubber tips. The sound is really good, not too much base not too much highs but an extremely good mix! The sound is really good, but you have to make sure you have the correct size on/in or it distorts a little. On first opening them they felt really small & a bit ackward to hold. After I became more familiar with them & changing the silicone tip sizes they became easier to handle & place in my ears.
