I ordered 11.5 size shoes, and received shoes, which was marked 11,5 and was 12,5" long, two size bigger then regular 11.5 shoes. I explained this problem to Amazon customer service, they send me return shipping label, I returned this shoes, and was charged for return shipping by Amazon after receiving refund, without any notification.
