 Rating: - completely impressed for the priceI purchased the refurbished models of the 4100PC for about $[...] shipped on Amazon.com and I'm impressed. The unit works great and has all the features I need. Works great and like new for a refurb. Has Olympus 90-day warranty as well. 1- USB port for easy transfers to PC 2- Time stamps and folders for organization 3- 12 hour recording time on XHQ (highest quality recording) 4- Voice activated recording, so it starts recording when you start speaking. Rating: - This product is quite good and a good value for moneyGood Storage capacity Sound quality is a good but can be better This is a good product and at high quality the recording is quite decent Rating:  - good unitI love the higher capacity (24hrs) on this unit, much better than the old recorder I had. The unit works really well, no real complaints. The battery compartment I wish was more firmly attached, I have no problems with it falling off right now, but in theory it could, it does fall off if you drop the unit. Rating:  - OK-not what I really needed.The ADV only will stay active for an hour and then will go into sleep mode. Manual intervention is needed to wake it up again. Not useful when try to catch a cheating husband. Would not have bought if I had known. Rating: - Great speech therapy tool!I use this to record my clients during speech therapy sessions for quick playbacks to give auditory feedback. I love that I am able to transfer voice files to my computer for storing baseline and progress data. I can even e-mail the files home for practice. The vocal clarity is excellent, and it is such an easy, convienient tool compared to traditional tape recorders. Plus, young clients like its sleek, cool cell phone-like look. |
