 Rating: - You know why you want itIt's what Alton Brown uses on Good Eats. I got an official Sodium Chloride Containment Unit from his website (it was cheaper and I'd rather he made money off of it. And it WAS cheaper). That said, it works well to contain your sodium chloride. If you don't use it often or leave it open, the salt will absorb dampness. His doesn't come with a spoon, but then, who uses a spoon? Rating: - What can I say?I'm a sucker. Alton Brown uses one of these. I bought it as a gift for my wife.
