![]() Rating: - A really decent One Piece video game.I was so excited when I heard that One Piece: Unlimited Adventure was coming to US soil. The areas did require a lot of backtracking to make items and some were needed to get to the bosses. The bosses presented a good challenge, especially Whitebeard. Requirements for 100% are a pain to complete and after you get 100% the only thing you can really do is max out their HP and SP. A good One Piece game and kudos to the FUNi VA's for their voices. Too bad the sequel may never come to the US. I've played ... Read More Rating: - you'd think you're watching the animeHere's my eval: Pros+ -voice acting is great -large character roster -versus mode allows you to play w/villians -great presentation (there are various sceneries, well-executed moments, awesome character interaction, flashbacks from the anime, and tons of special moves taken from the show) -makes decent use of the nunchaku Cons- -no awesome opening/closing theme music included. Just your standard, mediocre video game music. -tons of ... Read More Rating: - Here is what an anime game should be like. I hate when people come out with an anime game and it is like good job you've just been given shovel ware. One Piece Unlimited adventure breaks threw that and keeps going. First off this game is really a lot of fun. You heard me right it's fun. Which is something to say in it's self. The story is rich and very funny. Your characters are all really easy to control and Zoro may stand out as the strongest there is none that are really "broken" and none that feels like a waste of space. Also there is a lot ... Read More Rating: - Unlimited funAs a fan of One Piece I'm slightly biased, but this game is lots of fun nonetheless. It has tons of gameplay value; my bro and I clocked 60 hours before retiring it. The experience of collection and item creation isn't for everyone though, but I liked seeing the crew and their campsite grow. The One Piece story is somewhat filled in by flashbacks, but if you're not a fan it would be confusing. However, even if you're not a fan, this might make you one. Rating: - One piece at its bestThis is by far the best One piece game thus far. If you are a fan of the series you will understand what i mean when you play this game. Even if you are not a fan of the series this game has enough there to keep anyone interested. The gameplay is great, the graphics look wonderful on the wii, and the characters really feel like their counterparts in the anime. The only drawback is that it may take you a while to get to places as you have to run everywhere on this island. but other than that this game ... Read More |
