 Rating:  - THE BEST shaver EVER!Seriously this is the best shaver of ALL TIME, I own the old Braun 7000 and the head broke after a few years so I was not sure about getting another Braun but IT IS AWESOME. Read More Rating: - Great ShaverThis shaver is as close on most areas as when I use my Gillette Fusion Power (5 blades). There are a few areas on my neck that the hairs lay so close to the skin, it takes probably five strokes, or a twisting action to get it close. But, there is NO discomfort with the Braun Pulsonic as there is with a blade. Some people say the cleaning system is not as good as the razor, being expensive, noisy, etc. I agree that it is rather noisy, but if you think about the ease of use factor, it's not that expensive. ... The problem was that it just wouldn't pick up the hairs under my jaw and on my neck, even after a month. I finally returned the razor to Braun since I kept having to shave with a regular razor afterwards anyway. Most people seem to have a positive experience, so I would still recommend others try it.
