![]() Rating: - Great gameI have played through this game 3 times. It has yet to get stale. I can't say enough for the detail and care that was taken making this game. Not for the micromanager. It is a slimmed down RTS, that pretty much takes care of all the army building for you. You are given troops and objectives, but that is pretty much it. What you are left with is the strategy, and it plays very well. Each unit has specialites, strengths and weaknesses. The idea of building 80 tanks and charging the enemys base ... This game deals with the mother of what if Scenarios(what if the USSR didnt have a coup and communisim didn't go into that good or evil night). The game takes you to different parts of the globe and has you dealing with different people. From a great general to a tank commander who doesn't like you. This game has it all story and all. However, it aint perfect first off if you are a graphics ... Read More Rating: - Great game. This game has got to be the best strategy game I have ever played. I cant recommend it enough if most strategy games frustrate you because of all the buildings you gotta build and stuff you gotta collect. If your not sure ... This game is more oriented towards unit based tactics and less resource gathering strategy. The best parts of the game are the graphics and and use of tactical aid to call in tons of off map aid. This includes napalm, airborne rangers, chemical strikes, bombing runs, artillery and the always deadly tactical nuke. Another perk is that the units can display their designated range by pressing the ALT key while selected. This shows if a ...
