![]() Rating: - Good price, Great shoe!My dad, runner for more than 30 yrs, is a die-hard Saucony fan. So, when I got back into running this spring after a 10-yr hiatus, I decided to try the brand he would never shut up about! I chose the Progrid Trigon 5 Guide because I was looking for cushion, support, and stability, given that I am considerably overweight, even though I am a neutral runner. From the first day I tied the laces on these shoes, I have never looked back. Ran my first 5K after only one week of training and have been ... Read More Rating: - Great running shoe! These running shoes have been great. I was hesitant because I have wide feet and finding good wide shoes is difficult most of the time. However, I have been pleased with this purchase. I am a beginner runner, trying to master 5K's. I have been able to successfully proceed with my Saucony shoes. I haven't had any bad experiences with these shoes. Rating: - BEWAREI bought these shoes for RUNNINg and they sorta hurt in my back tendion. I also talked with a co worker and she said that the shoes hurt her there too, when she bought SAUCONY,, I think it is the brand,,, however my husband bought some too and he doesn't notice it,, I put heel pads in my shoes and they feel better.. SO BEWARE,, i remember reading a review that said that too,, but I was like they may not hurt me though---- :) Rating: - Saucony Trigon 5Great cross training sneaker! I'm not a runner... I wear them to the gym for all sorts of classes and the eliptical. I have awful feet that blister and turn red instatly with any new shoes, but these fit really nicely. I got the wide which I think helped. They look really sharp too! Highly recommend. Rating: - The best shoe so far!I have been running for 5 years now and increasing my mileage in the last year. I've tried similar Nike and New Balance running shoes in this price range and none of them has lasted as long nor been as comfortable. It is a cushion-y and stable shoe for someone with a neutral running stride (I can't speak for any other stride.) They have even been fine in the sub-freezing winters of the northeast. |
