 Rating: - Works like it's supposed toWorks great and prevents chafing. Something every runner needs to avoid chafing. I use it even if I'm only running on the treadmill too. Rating: - Don't know what I'd do without it.I use it for running 14 miles and up, when otherwise my skin would be chafing right off my muscles. Thank God for Body Glide. Also, says right there on the package that it works great for feet- I would have never thought of putting it on my feet, but yes, it actually does help. Great Product. |
