The MAJOR DIFFERENCE between them and these DJs is the comfort issue; you KNOW you're wearing headphones as the pressure is evident (this may lessen over time OR with some headband tweaking), where the Titaniums are forgotten once placed on your head--both are light weight, but the RS headphones don't "squeeze" your head when ... The only thing that lets them down is the sound, which just isn't up to the Job for a pair of headphones at this price level. The whole sound is repressed, and colored.
