 Rating:  - Bad resolution for the screen sizeFor an 8.5-inch screen I would've preffered a photo frame that had more pixels per square inch. It cannot play downlodable xvid or divx movies properly as I am guessing it doesnt have the computational grunt to process them. Rating: - Very disappointedI must have been doing something wrong, because when I loaded my pictures into this thing, they came out very pixelated and rough. At the same time, I bought a Philips AJL308 LCD Alarm clock for $50. Sadly, when I loaded the same pictures onto the alarm clock, they looked better. The screen was smaller, but an _alarm clock_ beat the display quality of a _digital picture frame_. This was the last straw for me. I packaged it up and sent it back for a refund ... Rating:  - NOT WHAT I ORDEREDWhen I placed this order is stated that it came with a free memory card...IT DIDN'T! I had to go out and spend the additional $20.00 to get a memory card. One of the reasons I ordered was that if it included the memory card for the price it would have been a good deal. Read More Rating:  - Great productWe purchased this product for my inlaws, when we received it we found that the 1 gig SD SecureDigital Flash Card that we were suppose to get by adding the product code was not in the box. We did go and buy a card for the frame, you will want to get one. We filled it with pictures of our children and our grand kids so the my inlaws would have the pictures to brag with. After getting the product and filling the card and sending it to the grandparents my wife and I went and got another one ... Read More Rating: - Left OutCoby DP-812 8.5 inch Widescreen Digital Photo Frame with MP3 Player. Picture and appearance of frame are neat when ordered, but appearance is cheaper than expected. Image is not as good as I wanted but you get what you pay for, and the price was good for what I got. Did not receive, nor have we received the Photo Shop software copuon promised to be emailed after order was complete and we are being told we do not know what it was, or is; so buyer beware. |
