I walked in them for a long day's shopping without any discomfort. BTW, Amazon's service is superb. The first pair I got was defective, and Amazon was very quick at sending me a replacement. Rating:  - don't knowI don't know if it's an old item that i bought but the hole insole of these shoes is flaking. Rating: - Pleasantly SurprisedI have a really hard time wearing flats because they always rub the back of my heel. As soon as I put these on, I thought "Wow these are comfy." The padded insole is great! And these shoes are definitely cute. The perfect shoes for work, comfort and style! BTW, these shoes fit true to size. I have narrow feet and they are a little wide, which is ok by me. I like having a little extra room. The strap on top is also adjustable, which is nice.
