 Rating:  - Where is the side support?Without side support infants can roll off the wedge during sleep possibly causing injury or death. Rating:  - Baby tends to roll off - at angleThis product is ok. My 3 month-old son sleeps on this every night and he is slightly elevated which probably helps with his GER. However, we usually find him in the morning at the bottom of the pillow turned sideways with his head near the crib railing because he manages to roll his way off of the pillow at night. I think it would be better if it were slightly concave so that he couldn't do this. Rating:  - Worked pretty wellI bought this b/c my baby had acid reflux and did not like to sleep lying flat on her back. I actually bought a bunch of crib wedges and compared them and this was the best on in my opinion. I like that it has velcro to attach to the crib bars, rather than having to put it underneath the crib sheet like other wedges which is so tight it can never fit.
