 Rating:  - Unique, soothing, might work wonders for someI bought these bears just because I thought the idea was really cool, the fur was very soft, and thought my boys would like them. They work extremly well and are very soothing. The glow is very pronounced and colors change slowly and gradually. I really like the auto-off feature after about 15 minutes. They do seem to eat batteries so investing in rechargable ones is probably worthwhile if your kid will use it nightly. He often has trouble going to sleep at night and this bear gives him a great light show to help him calm down and fall asleep. As soon as I turn on the bear his attention is on the bear and he just loves it. I definitely recommend this bear!! Rating: - glo bearI got this bear for my 7 month old because we were having sleeping issues. This bear is cute, but didn't help me with my problem. Its a bit bright in the middle of the night. I think it would be better for an older child that is afraid of the dark. It will turn off after a while or you can turn it off. Its very soft. The only draw back is that it eats thru batteries! Rating: - This bear is awesome!I saw this bear advertised in a parent's magazine for 3 times as much as I found it on Amazon. I purchased 3 bears, one for each of my 3 boys. The bears are a good size and so SOFT! The batteries that came in them are still working after several weeks. The colors are really pretty & glow beautifully in the dark. My youngest even asked me to turn off the night light so he could just sleep with his glo bear. I have no complaints about this bear except that I should have bought one for myself as well. Rating: - Awesome!I bought the smaller bear for my son for Christmas. He was a little young for it then (he's 6 mos now), but the last couple weeks I have used it daily. He's a fussy sleeper, so when he's really upset I put it near his crib where he can watch it and it is WONDERFUL. I haven't replaced batteries yet, but think I will have to tomorrow or so. I will take note of how long the new batteries take to wear out as some people complain about the battery life.... Overall - awesome! |
