I was having persistent condensation problems with the unit, so I returned it under warranty and received a new unit just a couple of weeks ago. There is an extremely disastrous flaw in the design, especially for red wines. If you lose power because of an outage or surge, the design automatically resets the temperature to 7 degrees Centrigrade or 45 degrees Fahrenheit. We found this out the hard way. We returned it and received our replacement in mid January. It was dented on the top, but we decided to keep it just to prevent hassling with another return. We should have just bought it locally. Rating:  - Stylish and FunctionalI bought this as a Christmas present for my folks and boy where they Thrilled! The brushed stainless-steel front is a great match for their refrigerator, and it fit perfectly on their counter space where their old microwave had once been (now over the stove.) Very stylish and quiet. I read other reviews for varying models stating that they can be quite loud.
