Rating: - This is from Microsoft?Over the years, I've gotten used to Microsoft tedium - their packaging, their activation policies, their security, etc. I've used Norton 360 and Trend Micro's PC-Illin. Each is quite good and can be installed on up to three PCs, too. OneCare is better at network monitoring, drive defragging, printer sharing, and common backup - and getting better at virus identification. Microsoft is about to release version 2.5. Presumably, users can update automatically online. It took over an hour to install and then a couple hours more downloading updates and after 2 weeks it quit downloading any updates and keeps warning me that my system is at risk because I didn't have the latest up dates. When I click on update it start searching for updates but never gets them even when I waited an hour. Microsoft suggested re-installing, I may be retired ...
