I e-mailed my inquiry from Cusinart's website. Next morning I got a phone message to call Acme. This I did. They knew nothing about the tool set. I called Cuisinant's customer relations dept. They didn't even know it was on sale from their web site. 5 phone calls later to various phone numbers and departments I gave up. The last call I made was back ...
