 Rating:  - ConvenientI would like to begin by saying that I had reserves about this product - I didn't think it would be that much different from a regular jump rope - at least not $50 different. Read More Rating:  - Not good for jointsI think this product could burn lots of calories, but I found that the next day after each workout both my hip and knee joints were extremely sore! I work out regularly and have never experienced this much joint discomfort after a workout session. I have stopped using this product. Rating:  - Rope fraying and not holding upI really like this rope but I am on my second one because the rope frays badly over time. The company was good enough to replace the first one but then the second set of ropes did the same thing. The ropes are also getting a bit longer on one side on both pairs. I have given up on this product but I really did like it before the ropes failed. |
