Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent card
I'm using this card in my Pentax Optio W30 without problem. Storage is excellent - even at max resolution pictures it stores well over 2000 images.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - What a great card!
Though expensive, this card is wonderful. It will hold almost 7,000 4 mega pixel pictures (the setting I leave it on) and about 63 minutes of vga video with sound. I bought it for its high capacity and speed. While the ultra II would have been sufficient for picture taking speed, the thought of downloading 8 GB of pictures and videos at anything less than max speed was scary. It gets near 6 mb per second when downloading pictures to the computer, but when it starts downloading video files, the ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Awesome!
I've waited for quite some time for this chip to come down in price! If you shoot much in raw mode then you need this! I originally bought the 2gb version of this when I bought my Pentax K10d 10megapixel. With the 2gb chip I didn't take too many photos in raw mode due to it only allowed a little over 100 shots. With the 8gb chip the camera shows room for almost 500 shots but that is not entirely accurate because not every shot is the max size of 16mb so you actually get more than what the camera says ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - SDHC Compatibility
One of the comments on this card stated it didn't work in any computer unless using the multi-mate reader...this is true. Most computers do not recognize these HC cards. No problem, just get a reader.

Funny thing is, how I found out was in Circuit City, and none, no kidding, of the sales people knew this.

The reader is cool anyway because you can put it in your camera case and use it to download photos to anyones computer without the silly card or using the camera to do it. ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - 8GB SD Card
Only SD cards I buy are from SanDisk as they're fast, reliable, good value as you often with the higher end and larger cards, you get a pouch, reader and retrieval software and the warranty is unbeatable. You don't get all of that with other brands even with brands such as Kingston which will undoubtedly be more expensive.
