Editorial Review: Product Description: Keep your yard or campsite sting-free with the Fatal Funnel wasp and hornet trap. Simply pour a sweet apple juice solution (recipe included) into an empty 2 liter bottle and insert a trap into the side. The painful pests crawl in, but they can't crawl out Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Fatal FunnelsWe saw this product at a friends home, and it looked like it was working great. We ordered them and put them to work here. Read the instructions carefully. The type of juice you put in the bottle makes all the difference. When we finally put in the apple juice with the extra sugar, it attracted hornets by the dozens. The good thing is it does not catch honey bees, only hornets. Rating: - At first it didn't work, then it worked too well!Early in the Season I tried to use this product. No mixture of sweet drinks I could think of would attract any wasps at all. However, the later in the season it got, the more wasps I was catching. Now in mid october the trap is completely full of wasps. There are so many in the trap that you can't even see the liquid on the bottle any more just hundreds and hundreds of was corpses. Rating: - Didn't work for meI tried it several times, in different locations, with different juice mixes. It didn't catch a single wasp or hornet, only ants. Rating: - ExcellentI bought this for my mother who Lives in Trinidad W.I. She came to visit last year and I gave her 2. She just Loves the funnels. All her friends and neighbors wants some. Rating: - Bug Catcher Must Catch Bugs FirstI followed the instructions to the letter. Nary a wasp even looked at this trap. It's a waste of money. Don't bother. |
