It cost less than half as much, requires about a tenth of the force to cut through a 1 inch stack of 65# card stock, the clamp mechanism works much more freely, stock is easier to remove from the clamp, the blade is easily replaced and leveled within minutes, the cuts are cleaner and more precise, I could go on and on. The reports can be from 2 sheets with covers to over 200 sheets of paper. I've bought 3 other manual stack cutters before this QCM-8200M in the last two years. The wheel type paper holder of the 3 older cutters is not very accurate when compared to this one.
