I would much prefer a complete written instruction book though rather than the supplied cd in pdf format. My opinion of Amazon though now stinks. I got the camera on 9/17/08. As of 10/6/08, the price has been cut twice by a total of $20 and they refuse to credit me the difference. Very excellent quality pictures and the optical zoom will definitely go and get your object for you! It can definitely turn your night into day, if you so desire.
