Editorial Review:

Product Description:
Take control. The RM-AV2 provides remote control over the basic functions of your Handycam(R) camcorder, including Record Start/Stop, variable-speed Zoom, Power, and Photo Capture. It clips directly onto your tripod's handle for easy access.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Works Great
I plug in remote to my HDR-SR11 and clip controler to tripod arm. now I can zoom in and out slow or fast smoothly, record take pictures turn on and off all with my thumb away from camera. It does the job it was created to do very well.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Zero need!
I purchased the Sony VCT-60AV and thought I needed to purchase the remote seperatly in order to operate it. HAHA, It's a "Remote Control Tripod" not a "Remote Controled Tripod" and further more it comes with a remote control built in.
