![]() Rating: - This is a keeper!!!I've got to admit, I had quite a few reservations about ordering the Time Capsule... The experiences I had with my late, unlamented AirPort Extreme (mostly bad) caused me to hesitate more than a few times before clicking on the button to finalize the sale. As a parenthetical note, I got one of the first Time Capsules, as I had pre-ordered through the Apple online store. When I received the Time Capsule (on a Tuesday), I waited until the following Saturday to begin the set up process, believing that ... Yes, it does have a deathstar---wait I mean--- Deskstar ... Read More Rating: - Very Good Apple ProductThe assumption here is that you are going to use this product with Apple computers. With that in mind this product works very well. Setup is extremely easy via the Airport Utility built into your Apple computer. The wireless network is setup within minutes. The router also offers several dual band options to allow you to simultaneously have an "n" and "g" network running for your devices to get optimal speed for each device. Backup for the most part to the device works great even on a "g" equipped ... Read More |
