I am very disappointed that the generator only worked for 1 week and wouldn't work after that. (1) I must share the voltage switch is also a tap changer, do not switch unless breaker is off (open) or generator is shut down. (2) This generator and many have an aluminum cylinder and no oil filter, make your first two oil changes sooner than 20 hrs., I would recommend 6 hrs. for 1/st, 12-14 hrs. for the 2/nd, 20 hrs. then after.
