 Rating: - Good for the money.This is harder than it looks. I find it impossible to do without holding on to a chair. The pedals slide smoothly but there is no automatic dip in the center so you have to push one way and pull hard the other. It's a really good workout once you get used to it. No pain in my back or knees from doing the exercise. |
