 Rating: - Should have a class action lawsuit against them. Will never buy from Symantec againI used Norton 360 for some time without problem... then their offer to upgrade "free" to version 2. Within a week (since it wasn't immediately after install, I didn't make the immediate connection) started getting blue screen of death (BSOD) at EVERY 21 minutes like clockwork!!! Was amazing. I first attributed the problem to a thermal issue with the PC... but then after the problem reoccurred after replacing the motherboard and reloading windows and minimal software, I started googling BSOD and Norton. ... I have re-installed twice, had multiple chats with Symantec "Tech Support" and never received a response to my email inquiries. It is my opinion the product does not function correctly and Symantec DOES NOT intend to support the product after purchase. I urge you to buy another product such as Zonealarm by CheckPoint. I figured I'd invest the money for a program that will allow my PC to run smoothly, watch for viruses and optimize performance. Like the other raters, I have had too many problems with this program. I get a lot of errors, the online secure backup feature won't work, it's constantly asking me to restart my PC, and the auto-fix feature seems to be broken because it is stuck in some loop where it continually tries to fix the same problem over and over.
