Unfortunately, when I contacted the seller, all they can do for me is to give me the phone number for Mitsubishi. I'm returning the TV and see if I can get something else beside Mitbusishi. It would make a great product if it wasn't for an apparently flawed lamp/cooler/sensor combination.
