Easy to use, and leaves my feet looking BETTER than after getting a pedicure! I had HORRIBLE callouses and now they're under control. I can wear sandals without being embarassed. Rating: - Seems to workIt seems to remove dead skin on my heels. It takes a lot of work (much grating) but does what it says it does. I don't know the longevity of the thing yet (when I'll need a replacement of the grater part). I live in Florida and not only do I wear shoes that expose my feet throughout the year, but I also go barefoot a lot, too. Well kept feet are a must for me!
