They are true to thier description. They are "stretchie". My son is 28lbs and 33.5" long. Other sleep and plays would be too small or I'd have to move up a size but with these, they stretch to fit and are comfortable, soft and very easy to put on and take off, which as a single mom, makes my job that much easier with a mobile baby.
