This is the first time I work out with a medicine ball. I am still adjusting. I think it is great beacause the material helps me with the grip and its the perfect weight for results.

Ordered this ball so I could use it with Amy Bento's CIA 2901 workout DVD (she uses this ball in her workout) and it is exactly as described and comes in a very cool bag. I now have the 6lb, 8lb and 10lb balls. Not sure what other reviewer meant by ball being plastic? It's clearly rubber and bounces like it. Great product.

A previous reviewer stated that the ball is made of a hard plastic that has a strong odor, I should have listened and not bought this ball. The odor is nauseating and the hard plastic is not comfortable. I have to keep it in the gargae so it doesn't stink up the house. Buy a different ball.
