I purchased it immediately, and am extremely pleased with the product. It does exactly as it advertises. The option of selecting the alarm length is very convenient. I recommend this product for anyone looking for an interval timer. Rating: - Love the GymbossI got the Gymboss last week. I found it very easy to set. I used it for an interval run setting the timers at 1 and 4 min, alternating. It worked like a dream and I had a great run! I also used it yesterday for another type of speed run. I really like the product and now it is so much easier to do these kinds of runs without looking at the time on my watch!...
