E. Estrada in his review pretty well sums up what needs to be said about this neat little timer.
It should be noted the maximum power for tungsten light bulbs is only 60 watts. That would be something to pay attention to if you're wanting to time a multi-bulb floor lamp or a table lamp with a triple power bulb that may have 75 or 100 watt filaments.

Couldn't believe how inexpensive this was, I've spent $25-30 on other digital timers with a 3-prong outlet. This one works great and I love the price!

I like the 8 different program settings; having trouble understanding how to "zero" a set time that I don't want or entered in error. It appears that I have to enter identical times rather than cancelling???? The display is hard to read. Lighted dial would help.

I bought this timer to turn on lights because it gets dark early in the winter and its dark when we get up. I also bought a Woods 7 Day Timer which cost twice as much. They both work equally well, but the more expensive can have up to 8 each day or 64 on and off in a week and has a second grounded outlet on the opposite side. Both program in similar ways (the Woods is a little more complicated because it has more features).

These have stopped working after less than 6 months of use. They were only being used on weekends, the first one died after 3 months and the second one just died last weekend.
