- Simply FABULOUSREAL recipes for REAL people. No unspellable, unobtainable ingredients. A MUST HAVE for anyone on Weight Watchers as the points values for the recipes are easy to figure and are also available on her website. Rating: - Good ideasThe Hungry Girl book is a conglomerate of all the Hungry Girl newletters that they send out daily. I am a subscriber and so I was very happy to have all of their good ideas together in one book. If you are a subscriber, there is nothing in this book that is different from their emails. The recipes are good, and for someone who is on a diet, they have some good ideas for cutting calories. Some of the ideas I refuse to do, like use nonfat cheese, but other than that, it's great for someone looking to cut calories.
