- Love it, love it, love it!!!Any one that has done South Beach knows that it is a lifestyle. As a foodie, I am always looking for wonderful ways to spice up my kitchen and keep my waist trim...this book does it all while getting you in and out of the kitchen FAST! Rating: - Excellent Addition to Cookbook CollectionI am estatic that this was published. I purchased it the second I saw it. Although I've had this book a few years, I actually wore the slip cover off and now the book is starting to look a little worn. These are excellent, healthy, quick and easy recipes to follow if you need help in deciding where, when or what to eat while trying to be healthy. Just for myself or for me and my fiance, these recipes work great and we dont feel guilty for cheating a little either. We have a solid core that we follow so staying on track is easy. These are excellent healthy recipes and I would highly recommend them. Rating: - Lots of RecipesThis book is not just for the dieter, but also for peopl that just want to eat healthier. There are lots of recipes with pictures to help with becoming healthier. Great book! Rating: - Great cookbookPurchased this for my daughter, who is not on a diet, but is very health conscious. Great recipes, athough they use a lot of ingredients and take a while to prepare. I had also bought her the South Beach Diet 30 Minute Meal cookbook. She doesn't have a lot of time to cook, but this has great, quick recipes that are easy to prepare. Both books together give a good variety of healthly recipes. Rating: - Great recipes - even for those NOT on Bouth Beach diets...This is a good cookbook period. It just happens to be a healthy one as well. I have been on the South Beach eating plan for quite a while and cook out of the South Beach cookbooks a lot and my family loves the food and doesn't even know they are healthy.
