- Better Than The FirstI had the older book but so glad I purchased the newer version with the exercise in it. Also the Good Food list has expanded a lot!! I use it all the time to see what I can and cannot enjoy. Not to strict and I am never hungry. Easier to follow than ever. One caution, however. If you have a bad back, be very careful in doing some of the Pilates exercises. Go slowly and modify if necessary. Otherwise, excellent. Rating: - Excellent book for weight loss and nutritionAs all of Dr. Agatston's books, this is excellent. The exercises are good, the recipes are delicious and the program for weight loss works. I recommend this book as I do all his other books. Rating: - Great Service!!! I received my order very quick, great book. I will recomend it to anyone who wants to achieve their goals.
