- EXCELLENT APPLICATION OF TRAINING PHILOSOPHY!Not only is the exercise program given by Jake sufficient, but his guidelines, warnings and other tips are professionally imparted in this video. Jake does not waste time explaining other important things to consider but I will mention them so that when you, who now reads this, decides to buy this video, you will get the maximum out of it and not write some erroneous review about Jake being a fraud or something. My advice is to listen to all Jakes warnings and don't overdo anything. Grow into the training program. Don't be silly and think that this tape alone will make you into Jane Fonda. Your lifestyle has to change too. But grow into this change, don't rush it. What should you really change? Change your diet. Learn how on the internet. Then add another training that will help bring down the weight without killing you or overworking you. An example of this is walking. I walk about eight miles Mondays to Fridays day. That is, about 3 and something when I am going to and from work. That should add up to about 8. If you don't have time, then wake up half hour earlier. Also skip the socials in the evening to get the extra half hour in the evening. Don't think that you have to walk very fast or sweat really plenty to lose weight. ... Rating: - You'll get those abs you've always wanted!!!I love this video. I purchased it a few years ago and still use it on a regular basis. Its a 30 minute long video thats divided into two 15 minute workouts. Each workout is divided into three circuits. You have one piece of equipment a bar (used in warm up for about a minute - but a broomstick works just as well). Exercises are simple and effective. Each set of exercises follows a stopclock on screen which I think its more effective than counting reps. You have a short stretch after each circuit which feels REALLLY good. Cardio in this video is low intensity. (I use this video as a follow up to a good cardio workout beforehand). The setting is pleasant, but the music can get a bit annoying. All in all its a very good workout, you will be sore next day - and you'll see results sooner than what you expected. Rating: - This video is easy and it really works -- FAST !!!!After my first child I needed something to help take off the extra inches! I tried Awesome Abba Dabbas and I was so pleased. I lost inches fast, in ONE month I went form a tight 13/14 to a easy fit 9/10. Soon after that I was in a easy fit 7/8!!! I ate good, not perfect! The great thing about working out is you start wanting to eat better and better every day. So I ate an ok diet and did this quick 15-20 min routine with my kids around every day. It works great! My husband even uses this tape! I would recommend this video and his Total Body Workout tapes to anyone.
