- worst workoutDon't waste your money, this tape is hard to follow and confusing Rating: - Not like his othersI LOVE Crunch videos. I have also enjoyed Tae Bo and Boxing videos before because they are a great workout. I hated this one. It was slow moving in the begining and very unbalanced. Once you got to the second part, the people behind him were on auto-pilot without any cuing from Billy. After five minutes of standing there and trying to figure out what was going on, I shut it off and did one of my Crunch videos that would guarantee a good workout. I was glad I rented this from the library instead of wasting money on a disappointing video. Rating: - If you can count 1 to 8, you can do this video easily.5'4 165 I first used this tape, and after being lazy(Got tired just getting up in the morning and taking a shower) for a long period of time I could only do the first workout. It was very easy to follow. Billy does a move 3 times slow enough for anyone to be able to follow, and then he does it quickly for 8 reps. Almost a week later I was attemping to do both together for a total of 45 minute workout. Well, 4 weeks later I do the whole video 2 times a day. It has become very easy although I do sweat alot. I can not wait for the other videos to come in. I have also lost over 12 inches that is measuring one side of my body, and 8 pounds. I drink tons of water and have started eating things such as spinach, which a little while ago I would have not done. To top everything else even to top that I also quick smoking and have not gained a pound, I dropped my heart rate from high 80's to high 60's. I am on my way to a healthier life. Sure it is hard, but it is the hard things in life that make you better, stronger and happier, take the easy road and your not using yourself to your full potential, and before too long it will be even harder for you to get off your butt. Rating: - Good workout for the last 20 mins.I have been using this tape for about five months, and although the first two sections of the tape are very poor as far as a hard workout is concerned, the last section of the tape is very good. If you are not familiar with the Tae Bo moves then the first two sections will be helpful. For a better and longer workout I do the last 20 minutes of this tape twice (skipping the cooldown on the first round, and skipping the warmup on the second). I have seen results doing this last section twice, while alternating with another workout video every other week. The moves are hard to follow at first, but if you do not watch Blanks, and watch the background people, you will be able to catch on and know what they are going to do next soon enough. I would recommend this video, but not at the price here. I have seen this video at Target for around [$$$] dollars. I would also recommend any other Tae Bo video as I really enjoy them and usually do not get tired of them. Rating: - The worst Tae-Bo video I've seenIn this video, Billy Blanks spends more time performing for the viewers than leading a good workout. He does not do even repetitions for both sides and relys on his background exercises to lead the workout. Most of the time, he does not cue as to what's coming next. If you do not the difference between a jab and an upper cut, this video is not for you. His Tae-Bo videos are far more effective and instructional than this one.
