 - Dynamite CD , Happy and FunI bought this CD after my classes at school requested more Chipmunk music after Christmas and the classic Christmas songs had been played during December. I chose this Greatest Hits CD by Alvin and the Chipmunks and all the children will work quietly to earn a couple of tunes during the art class. I even get cheered up by it and have played it many, many times. I just love it. The kids love it. It's impossible to stay in a bad mood if you listen to a couple of these tunes. My favorite is "What Chipmunks Like" and Alvin sings, ..."with pretty women, hee,hee,hee ! " ALVIN !!!! Rating:  - Our 3 yr old loves it, except too much hollering DaveOur 3 yr old son is Chipmunk crazy and he loves about 5 songs on this CD. Some of the others have too much Dave hollering, which is irritating. For parents, there is a GREAT interview of the Chipmunks creator (Bagdasarian), interviewed by Alvin. Really cute and fun. It's the last track. Not worth full price, but worth it at a good discount. And luckily we're not getting tired of hearing the Chipmunks Christmas Song over and over and over.... :) Rating: - Excellent for calming babiesThe early Chipmunk albums, this one and the Christmas hits album, have a special added bonus for parents with young children. Our little girl loves the Christmas album and it was the only thing that would calm her down if she was crying while in her carseat. Something about the chipmunk voices works like magic to soothe her, better than any other childrens' CD. We purchased this greatest hits album for a long drive in case she got upset and it again worked like a charm. Our daughter is now 12 months old and still loves the Chipmunks. Rating: - Japanese BananaIt's impossible to be in a foul mood or feel at all depressed while enjoying this album. Especially "Japanese Banana". I laughed so hard that I cried when I listened to that song. I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars because it's so hilarious, but only something you can listen to depending on your mood. Good stuff! Rating: - Alvin & The Chipmunks - Greatest HitsThis is an excellent CD and I recommend it to anyone that remembers the chipmunks and to those with kids. Your kids will love it.
