 - Very soft for a waterproof cover.My son has a twin mattress and I apparently did not read the description closely enough as this is for a *crib* mattress. However, he has a crib at his grandmother's house for sleepovers and this is perfect for it. The crib mattress has a plastic covering and seems uncomfortable for him and this softens it up nicely while still being waterproof. My little man can easily overwhelm his diaper overnight. :) I'm going to look for this in twin size for my house. Rating: - very thick & cushyA very nice & thick mattress pad. Washed according to instructions before first use (still waiting for baby) and the pad washed beautifully. Used on the Sealy Posturpedic Crown Jewel Crib Mattress, fits it perfectly. Would definitely recommend this and intend to buy more as baby grows older & the mattress pads wear out (baby has convertible crib & will use it for quite a while). Rating:  - Very nice pad for the priceI am very pleased with this pad, it fits the crib mattress great and makes it much more comfortable for my little girl. Seems to wash well so far, and is thick and absorbant for those late-night leaky diapers! Rating: - Nicely fits for our sealy crib mattressWe have Da Vinci crib with Sealy crib mattress. This fits very nicely with the mattress. It's soft but not fluffy (which is not recommended for babies). Rating: - great mattress pad I purchased two of these and really like them. They are very soft and provide additional padding between the mattress and sheet. I thought they were priced well based on others I looked at. I have washed them a few times and they seem to wash well. If you dry, put on a low setting, but I think it's preferred to just hang dry due to the rubber backing.
