- an all out fighting affairsuper smash bros. is like having a royal rumble. everyone fights and whoever gets knocked out the most wins. it is a fighting game-with an original formula. no one has a life bar, everyone just fights until they get knocked off from the stage. if you've played smash bros. for the N64 then you'll love this. it has more of everything with great graphics to boot. if you're new to the series then i think it's time that you should check this game out. it's more fun if you have friends to play with, but its single player is fun nonetheless. this is highly recommended. if you have a gamecube then u shouldnt miss this one out. Rating: - One of the best games for Gamecube!Well? What can I say? Where should I begin? The first time I even played Super Smash bros. was on the N64. I still have that game. But, now we are in on the Gamecube and Nintendo didn't miss a beat with this one either. Play as one of fourteen charactors untell you unlock the rest of the eleven other charactors by completing certain tasks. Want to play with other friends or family members? Hook up three more controlers for some Melee fun. Try your luck at all fifty one event matches and unlock some cool features. Unlock stages and other cool stuff! Why not try to unlock the sound test! I bought this game from a local store in Kansas city until I could play it no more. Thank god Nintendo Gamecubes use memory cards and not the disks themselves to store the information. I was able to buy and replace my copy of this game through Amazon and still love it. I haven't unlocked all the secrets and features yet but, I am working on it. My girlfriend helped me unlock some stages to play in verses mode, as well as the eleven other charactors. This maybe an older game but, if you want to have some fun and if you want a challenge, this is the game for you. Rating: - One of the best games ever!I've been a fan of Super Smash Bros ever since it came out, and years later I still play it often! Can't wait for Smash Bros Brawl to come out for the Wii! This game is great for both single and multi player, and the amount of items, characters, and stages to unlock keeps the game fun for years on end. Highly recommended! Rating: - Great Fun for Young and Old!!I only wish I could find more time to play so I could give my daughter more of a challange. This game plays very well and is a fun way to spend some time with my kid. Rating: - Best Game on GameCubeDon't be stupid and own a GameCubeGamecube Console Platinum but not this. Then, go get yourself the old Smash BrosSuper Smash Bros. if you can and the new one 'Brawl'Super Smash Bros. Brawl when it comes out for WiiNintendo Wii. This game is not very entertaining with its main 3 one-player story modes. The 51 task-oriented challenges for 1-player rock. The multiman melee, the multiplayer, the homerun contest, and the special melee rule. The tournament mode is stupid, unless you do a tournament with it--I don't mean to be redundant but that is the only way to put it (they needed to add elements to the game as extra options in tournament--like different tournament trophies, records, stages, and AI enemies that are NOT playable and nearly impossible to beat). Characters and multiplayer play rule. CHOOSE YOSHIYoshi Touch and Go--all the advantages of all 3 weights of characters.
