 - Very handy to have aroundThis has been a very useful pan to have in the kitchen. Because of it's design it provides easy access to the entire cooking surface. It has been good for saute, sauces, frying, even stir fry. I do wish I had gotten non-stick, but that's just personal preference. Rating:  - Way to goThis is the first Calphalon that I have bought and I am very pleased. Awesome, is an understatement. You can cook anything in this pan. Like some of the reviews I have read, you should take care to read the care instructions on this pan. It will help in using it correctly and preventing damage. I will continue buying this brand from Amazon, because as you can see, I don't think anyone else an beat the price. Rating:  - review for the calphalon panThis product is sticky, so I returned it to Amazon. The return was very smooth, thanks to Amazon's perfect custom service. Rating:  - Made a mistake here............My error. I thought I was buying a non-stick type pan. Not so with this particular Calphalon line. It is a nice size, nice lid as well. Didn't notice it didn't have a single handle. Getting it to cook properly has been a learning process. If you want non-stick avoid this one. Rating: - The perfect everyday pan! This pan is wonderful! More than I even expected it to be, and WHAT an amazing value. It's big enough to work with and the hard-anodized composition allows food not to stick, without the worry that comes with Teflon products. I love this pan!
