 - Great deal for Calphalon!This pan is fabulous! I only gave it 4 stars because it was described as non-stick; well, it doesn't have a non-stick coating, but the secret is to heat the pan and not the oil; only add the oil when ready to immediately follow with the food! It cooks evenly and cleans up well after soaking in hot soapy water. I won't be putting mine in the dishwasher, but some say you can. Also, since the handles aren't plastic, you can broil in the oven! It is a very sturdy pan I figure we'll have "forever" -and for the price, I don't care if it's non-stick or not. Rating:  - Calphalon I had to wait for my Calphlon but it was worth it, I have really enjoyed using this 12" pan for everything. Rating: - Great deal and great quality.This product is a great deal for the price. I went to Bed Bath and Beyond after order this from Amazon and theirs are a lot more expensive. It is a high quality Commercial grade everyday pan. Rating: - pan and lidPan is as advertised. This is a convenient size. the two handles are easy to use. The pan cleans easily and quickly. Rating:  - You can cook with it........and it can be used in the garden with plants .... I can not imagine a better use! it's probably designed to burn the food or invit your guest to stay home next time. I just missed so much my Tefal when I was using that awful Calphalon! it's so cheap and everything stick for ever in there....I couldn't get away of the burned spots...anyway!! :my advice, don't buy it!
